WHY COUPLES COME TO MEMost of the couples I work with have already tried to fix things on their own. The books. The podcasts. Some have even been to therapy before and left still feeling unheard, or like they talked in circles without anything actually changing.
What they're looking for — what they haven't been able to find yet — is someone who can help them see the patterns underneath the conflict. Not just what they're fighting about, but why it keeps happening. And what to actually do differently.
“Therapy isn't about blaming one partner or staying in therapy forever. It's about understanding what keeps getting in the way — and creating a relationship that feels close, honest, and alive again.”
The couples who find their way here are often disconnected, overwhelmed, or stuck in cycles they can't seem to break. I often support partners navigating parenthood, fertility journeys, perinatal loss, identity shifts, and sexual challenges — the moments in a relationship's life that are rarely talked about but profoundly shape it.
I work with couples throughout Washington State — from the Greater Seattle area, Eastside communities like Bellevue and Kirkland, and everywhere in between — entirely via telehealth, with in-person sessions available at my Whidbey Island office.
WHO I WORK WITHCouples, individuals, families, and polycules — all welcome.
My practice is trauma-informed, sex-positive, HAES-focused, and fully inclusive of LGBTQIA2S+ identities, diverse relationship structures, and non-traditional arrangements including open relationships, non-monogamy, and kink. I am sex worker-allied.
I also work with people navigating perinatal mood disorders, pregnancy loss, premenstrual dysphoric disorder, and the identity and relational shifts that come with early parenthood.
Whatever your configuration, your history, or your starting point — you'll be met here with openness and care. I offer telehealth sessions throughout Washington State and in-person sessions at my office on Whidbey Island. I conduct sessions in English and Russian.
I work with clients who are:
Couples · Individuals · Families · Polycules · LGBTQIA2S+ affirming · Diverse relationship structures · Perinatal Support · Sex positive · HAES-focused · Sex worker-allied · Kink-allied · English & Russian
MY APPROACHEvidence based,
and shaped around you
I draw from several established therapeutic frameworks — not rigidly, but fluidly, in response to what each couple or individual actually needs. The through-line across all of them is the same: understanding the patterns, building safety, and creating real and lasting change.
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
Attachment-based couples therapy with the strongest evidence base for relationship repair.
The Gotman Method
Research-derived tools for communication, conflict, and deepening friendship in relationships.
Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Values-based work that builds psychological flexibility and reduces avoidance.
Attachment Theory
Understanding how early relational patterns shape how we connect — and disconnect — as adults.
Schema Therapy
Identifying deep-rooted patterns and beliefs that drive conflict and disconnection.
Family Systems Theory
Understanding individuals and relationships within the broader context of family dynamics.
