You donโ€™t have to carry this alone.

FERTILITY & PERINATAL SUPPORT ยท ATTUNE THERAPY GROUP ยท WASHINGTON STATE

The path to parenthood isn't always the one you planned. Whether you're in the middle of fertility treatment, navigating pregnancy loss, or finding your footing in early parenthood โ€” this is a space to be supported through all of it.

WHAT BROUGHT YOU HERE

For many people, the fertility journey begins with cautious hope. A plan. A timeline. And then, somewhere along the way, that plan meets reality โ€” and the gap between them becomes its own kind of grief.

Maybe you're deep in a cycle of treatment, holding hope and dread at the same time and not quite knowing how to put it down. Maybe you've experienced a loss that no one around you quite knows how to acknowledge. Maybe you and your partner are still united in the goal but starting to feel the strain of getting there โ€” conversations that turn into tension, intimacy that has become complicated, a distance you didn't plan for and don't know how to close.

โ€œThese experiences don't mean something is wrong with you. They mean you're human, carrying something genuinely hard โ€” and you deserve support that meets the weight of it.โ€

Fertility treatment is not only a medical experience. It asks something profound of your body, your relationship, your sense of identity, and your vision of the future. Therapy creates a space to tend to all of that โ€” not just the outcome you're working toward, but who you are through the process of getting there.

WHAT PEOPLE BRING TO THERAPY

Every path here is different. The emotional weight is real on all of them.

Support is available across the full range of fertility and perinatal experiences โ€” wherever you are in the journey.

HOW THERAPY HELPS

Not about staying positive.
About
being honest.

One of the most isolating parts of the fertility journey is the pressure to remain hopeful โ€” to perform optimism for the people around you even when what you're actually feeling is fear, anger, grief, or exhaustion.

Therapy is not another place to stay positive. It's a place to say what you actually feel โ€” the fear, the anger, the grief, the moments of hope, and the moments of despair โ€” without having to manage how it affects someone else. It's a space to be fully honest, not carefully managed.

For couples, therapy also creates structure for conversations that have become too loaded to have on your own โ€” about next steps, about limits, about what the relationship needs to stay intact through something this hard.

Space for the full emotional experience

Grief, hope, anger, fear โ€” all of it welcome, without pressure to manage how it lands.

Stronger partnership through uncertainty.

Stay connected as a couple when the process pulls you in different directions.

Rebuilt Intimacy

Reclaim physical and emotional closeness when treatment has made sex feel clinical or loaded.

Grounded identity

Stay connected to who you are when fertility challenges to shake your sense of self.

Witnessed grief

Loss that is seen, named, and honored โ€” not minimized or rushed toward resolution.

Clarity about next steps

Support for decisions about continuing treatment, alternative paths, or what comes after.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Support shaped around where you are.

There is no fixed program or predetermined arc. The work is shaped entirely around your experience, your relationship, and what you need at each stage of the journey.

Your first session

A chance to share where you are โ€” what's been happening, what you're carrying, and what kind of support would feel most useful right now. There's no pressure to have it articulated. The first session is simply about being heard.

Ongoing sessions

Sessions adapt to where you are in the process โ€” which changes, sometimes week to week. Some sessions focus on emotional processing. Others on the relationship. Others on practical decisions about next steps. The pace is always yours.

02

The goal

Not a specific outcome for your fertility journey โ€” that's not within therapy's reach and it wouldn't be honest to suggest otherwise. The goal is that you feel supported, less alone, and more able to stay connected to yourself and your partner through whatever comes next.
